The Paderborn brewery only uses high-quality ingredients for brewing: hops from predominantly German cultivation areas, pure yeast from our own production, selected two-line spring barley as brewing malt and, in addition, a soft water ideal for the Pilsen brewing process.

Hearty Westphalian

The strong golden yellow color, combined with a white, fine-pored head of foam make you want this typical hearty Westphalian beer.
Brewed with particularly soft brewing water and carefully selected types of hops, result in a natural taste.
