Brewing

IPA as the art of brewing

An astutely chosen combination of malts and wheat produce a full body and generous mouth feel.

The late kettle hop additions including the Amarillo hop form the basis for the vibrant and zesty aromas found thereafter.

A final dry hopping stage post boil really cranks up the level of fruity hop aromas that are enjoyed by all lovers of the iPA style.

Taste & aroma

Fruit and floral notes

Generously dry hopped, the aroma brings an intense and lasting array of fruit and floral notes.

Zesty and refreshingly bitter, the finish is long and lasting.

India Pale Ale

The term “pale ale” originally denoted an ale that had been brewed from pale malt.

During he British colonial period in the late 1800s demand grew for export pale ales and a strongly hopped pale ale was developed, hops being a natural preservative and a higher abv lending the beer style better suited to the long voyages, particularly to India, hence the style name IPA.
